Our Landscape improvement program is nearing completion. We are anxiously awaiting the vibrant colors of the Holly, Roses, and Ornamental Grasses to appear as summer arrives.

The window replacement program is Finished. The new windows will benefit all our residents with an updated appearance, a more quiet indoor environment, and lower energy cost thanks to the dual pane, energy efficient sash , and "Low-E" glass - A Harbor Club Exclusive.
