Congratulations to Ruben Cruz, Mark Freeland, and Brent Jackson, who represented Harbor Club Apartments at the recent Maintenance Mania® event sponsored by the National Apartment Association and local affiliate, Delaware Apartment Association. Maintenance Mania® is a national competition where maintenance technicians compete against each other in various skill-based games. The games are focused on frequent maintenance tasks, plus one race car building competition!
Ruben, Mark, and Brent all scored very well in the 8 maintenance skills events and Ruben was a double award winner in the "Race Car" competition, receiving both "Best Use of Maintenance Parts" and The "People's Choice - Best Design" Awards.
